She Who

Wales'biggest IWDcommunity.

A community of people of all genders working together for real progress for women and girls.

Voices amplified. Connections made. Action taken.

Progress,

properly.

Est. 2023 · Wales

She Who was founded to bring people together around meaningful action and collaboration. Three years on, we've grown into a fast-moving community where voices are amplified, collaboration drives results and conversations can be challenged safely.

We bring people together because meaningful progress rarely happens alone. Talk matters. Action matters more.

What we do

What happens when you bring the right people together?

She Who creates spaces where people can connect, challenge, collaborate and turn conversations into action.

01

Bring people together

Our International Women's Day event is the biggest in Wales. Every year, more than 300 people come together under one roof for honest conversations, brilliant speakers and real connection.

This is not a room full of people simply talking about change. It is a room full of people capable of making it happen.

02

Build community

Connection. Energy. Community. Progress.

That's what She Who stands for throughout the year, not just in March.

We're building a community where introductions become relationships, relationships become collaborations and collaborations create impact.

03

Support the next generation

We want girls and young women to know that they do not have to navigate their future alone. Our goal is to connect the next generation with mentors, opportunities, experience and people willing to open doors.

Because everyone deserves a village behind them.

Our flagship gathering

International Women's Day
in Wales looks like this.

Once a year, the She Who community comes together at scale.

More than 300 people gather for a day of honest conversation, unexpected perspectives, new connections and practical action.

It's become the biggest International Women's Day event in Wales. But the event isn't the end goal.

It's what happens after people leave the room that matters.

What we believe.

  1. 01

    Progress requires participation.

  2. 02

Good conversations should sometimes feel uncomfortable.

  3. 03

Opportunity grows when people open doors for one another.

  4. 04

    Collaboration beats competition.

  5. 05

    Women's progress is everyone's business.

  6. 06

    It takes a village.

Welcome to ours.

This isn't a women's network.

It's a community of people who want to move things forward.

This village only works
because people join it.

Come to an event. Join the conversation. Share an opportunity. Open a door. Challenge an idea. Help someone move forward.

Whatever you bring, bring it with purpose.
